A Study On The Critical State Of Transference Inter Different Operational Modes Of Small-Medium-Sized Clothing Enterprises In China

With the development of our country's clothing industry increasingly ripe of the clothing consumer market, and the entering of more and more foreign clothing brand, the competition of the clothing is fiercer in china. The clothing industry has grown fast by implementing OEM mode, but a serious of problems such as cost advantage's becoming weak, low competitive power and International trade conflicts have appeared. They are so important that much attention must be-paid to.In order to solve the problems, measures including cross-region transfer of productive power, carrying into execution of "walk out" strategy should be adopted and in the long term , the essential strategy should be the creation of brand belongs to ourselves , realizing the transition of OEM to OBM, and actualizing the OBM strategy on the basis of information technology. Base on the reasons above, on the basis of explaining the relative theory of different operational mode at first, this thesis have constructed the critical state of transfer from OEM to OBM, and concluded the composition key element of constituting the transfer competence of Chinese medium-small clothing enterprise on the basis of analyzing the clothing industry environment and value chain of the clothing enterprise, structured a set of index system of transfer competence combining the clothing enterprise's own characteristic. This index system has principally made some achievements in measuring the transfer competence from four aspects, have reflect overall, systematic, and scientific principle, and has set up the evaluation model of the medium-small clothing enterprise's transfer competence according to fuzzy integrated Evaluation. Then take one representative clothing enterprise as example and carried on detailed appraisal according to fuzzy integrated Evaluation, this proved the rationality and dependability of the system.The thesis provides one kind of analysis tool for identification, evaluation, project and management of the critical state of different operational mode, offers new ideas for management strategy of Chinese medium-small clothing enterprise.
