Study On Theory System And Apply Of Lean Construction In Architecture Industry Of China

Lean Construction is a new project management model that it maximizes the value for the client and minimizes the waste. This paper aims that a management model of Lean Construction is establish on the basis of actual condition in architecture of China and foreign Lean Construction by studying theory of Lean Construction.This paper first elaborates Lean Construction elementary theory system from seven aspects about the purchase and construction just in time,look board management system,the modular construction and the parallel project,the construction are balanced,the flexible construction system,the fine profit quality guaranteed,pull control system and so on. On the basis of Lean Construction elementary theory system, this paper analyzes the barrier and premise when LC was carried out currently and emphasizes the flat network organizational structure pattern and 6S management, and compares the 6S management and the civilized site in China. Then, it elaborates implementation method of LC from seven aspects. Specially, it innovates the staff flexibility by union the overseas LC experience and our country architecture industry situation. And it proposes the idea on training elastic operating personnel and multi-skills labor in order to satisfy kind of reason created the change and introduced the last planner system of pull control mode which is operated successfully in the international LC. Finally, it introduces carrying out main point and case of LC in China.On the basis of above it introduces valuate method of organize manage patterns achievements appraisal system and achievements appraisal system of LC. And proposes three evaluate method of organize manage patterns of LC----synthesis appraisal method,the static state evaluates method,the succession evaluates method. Then, introduces reduced the cost rate,project funds arriving rate,the enterprise rights and interests maintenance and so on which influences appraisal objective accurate target in the appraisal target which the majority of constructions enterprise. So it has established the more perfect appraisal target system. Otherwise, introduces the operating process that the group decision-making level analytic method union fuzzy synthesis appraisal method. Finally, the author carries on the example analysis through investigating a teaching building, and discusses to the tradition construction' s management mode and simulates Lean Construction management mode.
