Application Research Of Project Management In DKM Manufacturing

This article describes the building of project management mode used in DKM( Daten Kontroll Modell ) manufacturing and its application for PASSAT Lingyu and the key modules of project management, i.e. Project-oriented Team Building Module, Project-oriented Capacity Analysis Module, Process Reengineering Module based on DMU and VR Technologies which are used in DKM manufacturing for new product. DKM ,one important milestone in the newest product development process has always 3 problems, i.e. high quality requirement, high cost and too short time. With the application of the mode and key modules, the cost is reduced deeply , the quality is greatly improved and the manufacturing time is shortened. Especially, with the help of DMU and VR, the physical models will be gradually replaced by virtual models in computer. Through this, the key targets of project management which are short time,good quality and low cost can be achieved. Therefore the research of this article is also useful for our increasing capability of auto self-development.
