Study On The Implementation Capacity Of The Project Of Construction Enterprises

Project Management Maturity Model,as a new scientific system and method,is advocated by the definition of project management process,management,measurement, controlling and revising of project management for the enterprise level and provided a step-by-step framework for assessment and revising.With Project Management Maturity Model,enterprise can find out the project management deficiencies that exist and identify their weaknesses in project management and project management by addressing the level of improvement on several issues crucial to the formation of its project management improvement strategy to steadily improve the level of enterprise project management,enterprise project management capabilities to enable growth and to a steady improvement in the level of enterprise project management.In a manner of speaking,It is significant that application of the Project Management Maturity Model for the entire construction industry to improve the competitiveness.In this paper,first of all from the Project Management Maturity Model theory,an analysis of enterprises in the construction project management to build the need for maturity evaluation.At home and abroad in the existing Project Management Maturity Model,based on construction enterprises by combining the specific characteristics of the implementation of the project to build a construction enterprise Project Management Maturity Model,and in accordance with the process of project management skills of the top five,set up a quantitative evaluation index system,and for the first time use evidence of the theory to recursive algorithm-level factors at different levels of maturity level of data integration,has been building the capacity of enterprises in which the level of implementation of the project's evaluation results.This paper built on the Shandong Junking Group Colt,evaluation of examples of Charles,to verify the feasibility of this method,and this method for enterprise project management capabilities to enhance scientific decision-making to make the reality of a certain significance and practical value.
