| ENCOURAGEMENT is a summation of measures and systems which urge a unit's members try their best to work. Excellent encouragement system is helpful to form the same value point , heighten the authorization of unit's goals, so that it can have a better impetus to unit's performance.Jiaxing Branch, P.B.C. is one of the embranchments of P.B.C. And it also has public responsibility of conduct currency policy, maintains regional finance stabilization and provides finance service, etc. With rapid social economy improvement, deepened finance reform and more open global finance market, Jiaxing Branch, P.B.C. ,just like the other braches of China, higher requirements are needed. Thus, encouraging staffs to try their best to work hard is an important task for Personnel Department of P.B.C. Form the point of its realization, there is still some defect to be improved. And this article analyzes the defect of encouragement theory on the basis of the encouragement work practice and gives some suggestion to improve it.The first part is an introduction on the basic situation, encouragement measures already taken and the research clues and methods. The second part is about expatiation and analysis. The third part is discussion on encouragement problems and its reasons. And the fourth part is some ideas on improvement designing. In a word, the article gives such suggestion: arrange staffs from posts need; find a better way to examine staffs'work; increases encouragement way by more promotion and income; construct unit culture; implement contract salary system, etc. |
