Study Of Distric Economic Development In Jilin Province

This paper has carried on the earnest discussion to the development of county economy in Jilin Province. Elaborated the basic meaning of county economy, its characteristic and analysed the development of county economy in Jilin Province systematically. The writer used the method of comparison to analyse Jilin Province's status in national county economy, GDP,investment in fixed assets,local financial revenue, industrial structure and the per capita income of farmers. Then the writer combined the reality to sum-up the slow development of the county economy of the province and the major constraints. The major constraints are the irrationality of industrial structure, shortage of fund, backwardness of technological and educational, backwardness of infrastructure and so on. After that the writer analyzed the cause seriously. At the same time, in view of its existenced questions, applying the successful experiences of the South County on our reality to help our development. Promoting agricultural economic restructuring, accelerating the industrialization of agriculture, enhancing agricultural competitive ability continuously. Accelerating urban construction, promoting the transfer of surplus rural labor force. Excavating the superiority of resources, developing characteristic economy, widening their income channels. Raising the quality of residents, promoting agriculture with science and technology. Enlarging the policy support, realizing the interaction between city and countryside, complementing strengths. Increasing financial support, providing fund for the county's economic development. In the end, take Ji'an city as an example to propose the practical method of economical development.The innovations of this paper are: the organic synthesis of theory and actual, not only discussed the basic theory of county economy systematically, but also unified the reality of Jilin Province to external analysis and put forward an effective way of economic development by leaps and bounds.
