Study On The Actuality And Countermeasures Of Zibo's Investment Structure

Investment is the first impetus of economic development and social progress, especially to less developed countries. It is significant to study the regional investment and its waves when analyzing the regional development trend and changing of structure, which will also help the government to design regional policies to adjust the economic structure. As we can seen from the history of economic development, proper investment structure can promote prosperous development of other economic structure, which is the key in the determination of economic development. This paper study the investment structure of Zibo City after reading and summarizing large numbers of foreign and domestic literatures.The structures of this paper are as follows:Chapter One: theory and practice of investment structure study. I first review the nine theories related to international direct investment, then I introduced the practices of foreign and domestic economists on investment structure study. Finally I concluded that it is significant to study the investment structure in Zibo.Chapter Two: study on the current situation of investment structure in Zibo. First, I study the changing of investment structure in Zibo in general; Second, I analyze the changing of investment structure in Zibo in detail; Third, I study the area advantage of Zibo; Finally, I summarize the characteristic of investment in Zibo.Chapter Three: Structure and efficiency of investment in Zibo. In this chapter I mainly talks about the contribution of different types of investments to economic development, including foreign investment and domestic investment, state-owned corporation investment and private corporation investment, investment on infrastructures, investment on reconstruction, real estate investment.Chapter Four: principal sectors and industries of investment in Zibo. I study the investment on petrochemical processing industries, electronic industries, textile industries, machinery industries, building material industries, light industries, medicine industries and agriculture.Chapter Five: analysis on the investment environment and restriction factors. First I study the macro environment and regional micro environment i of investment in Zibo, then I analyze the restriction factors of investment from the industry development viewpoint and firm viewpoint.Chapter Six: countermeasures of adjustment on investment structures in Zibo.
