Abstract/Summary:
In the condition of homogeneous competition, Customer Loyalty Management becomes an important method of marketing and competition. Kinds of customer loyalty plans are supported in the technical aspect as Telecoms Operators have very advanced Information System than other enterprises in our country. Based on the actuality that Telecoms Operators develop integral activities successively, this paper advances a set of theories for integral marketing design, which aims at the mobile operators.According to the researches on three industries that have developed integral marketing, we summarize the Influential Factor Model .On this ground, and we analyze the target operators and put forward Influential Factor Model of the integral marketing for the mobile operator. It points out the problems arising in the integral marketing of mobile operators. This part provided a basis for the design of the integral marketing.Finally, this paper synthesizes conclusions above, and designs an integral management platform and marketing strategy of integral marketing fitted for mobile operators. According to a real case, we evaluate the effect of Influential Factor Model and integral management platform. Besides, this paper proposes a strategy system for Integral Marketing and some golden rules for the marketing strategies.
