Integral marketing which exist as a kind of customer marketing, has got the widelyfavored by customer groups for promoting the effective interaction between businessesand their customers with its intuitive and clear incentives. As a state-owned largeenterprise, Hubei Post service has done very little research on needs of customers andadopted service supporting in relative single way in long-term under the specific stage ofreform and development and history environment. Therefore, it is urgent need toestablish their own customers integratl marketing management system to improvecustomer service level, and meet the various needs of Post customers. Then, it hasimportant significance and role for Hubei postal expand customer market that thedesigning and development of customer integrated marketing management system forsupporting the implementation of customers integral marketing campaign in Hubei Post.Design and implementation of customer integral marketing management system forHubei Post is studied specially in this paper based on the overview of relevant literaturedata. Firstly, the necessity of developing customers integral marketing campaign inHubei Post, and the business processes of this management are concluded and analyzed.Secondly, the thesis discusses the design objectives and principles of customers integralmarketing campaign in Hubei Post. The basic function module designing of customerintegrated marketing management system, application of integrated customer integral,integral conversion, integral redeem, as well as customer management functions arediscussed significantly. A set of information management platform which has excellentcharacters such as easy operation, accuracy information, and improved functions isprovided for developing customer integration by Hubei Post marketing. Finally, thethesis presents software, hardware configuration, and its key technologies. Additionally,the test results of customers integral marketing management system are analyzed. Hopethat the conclusion of this thesis can provide a meaningful reference for Hubei Post inimprovement of customer service and effectively enhance of the market competitiveness.
