This article discusses the increment service development strategy of TJMC by using management theories. Increment service strategy plays a practical role in enhancing the control of pricing and marketing channels for TJMC. It's meaningful for increasing the managerial level to come up with solutions for improving by analyzing the outer and inner competition environment and finding out the problems in the process of TJMC brand construction. This article starts with the analysis of the competition environment for increment service development strategy. It uses combined analysis and other methods to analyze the inner and outer challenges TJMC increment service strategy is facing. Based on the current status of the company, 11 measures are put forward for improving.
