This thesis discussed the marketing strategy of China netcom co, ltd(CNC), by using several management theories. Telecommunication is a main basic industry, and CNC is a main telecommunication operator, so it's important to research the marketing strategy of CNC.This research discussed CNC's market environment, analyzed it by using such methods of SWOT analysis.Aiming at the characters of CNC, this research put forward its enterprise development strategy and markting strategic projects, study emphysis of the marketing strategic management process, and analyzes market, product, price, place, promotion etc.In the end, this research make a brief and foreview.
