Eternity Talent Company(ET as abbreviation)is a virtual multinational wrist-watch corporate based on Management Game(MG as abbreviation)of Carnegie Mellon University in America,whose main business is wrist-watch research and development,production and sales.There are 5 corporations with likely history operational background in the market where Co.ET lies.Writer of this paper plays the role of Chief Marketing Officer(CMO as abbreviation),takes over the year 2016-2018's marketing operation,under the whole strategy of company,facing the current situation,establishes 3 years'marketing strategy then conducts accordingly,and establish a marketing strategy for the future based on year 2018's market situation.Each corporations differs according to their marketing strategy and operational behaviors,which directly influences their ability to profit.This paper works on the research of ET company marketing strategy,according to the market environment it competes in,with the use of scientific method and tools to operate and analyze,establishes an effective marketing strategy which suits to company whole strategy and supervises throughout the conduction procedure.The operation period lasts for 2 years 8 seasons,each year's marketing mainly includes market environment analysis,product key factor positioning,marketing expense estimation,market share and profit increase tactics,and etc.Upon controlling with the marketing strategy implement procedure and analyzing each year's marketing results,the company looks deeper into the change of competitor strategy which might cause the change of marketing results,also correct and make amendment to marketing strategy to adapt the newest marketing environment,in the aim to achieve company's long-term strategic goal.
