As the competition being increasingly severe, it is a necessary trend for the PHS telecommincation market development that the company makes its marketing strategy to accurate marketing gradually. Using segmentation of the customer, the thesis explores the way to analyze customers for the purpose of accurate marketing, which has important significance of directing accurate marketing strategy.The thesis emphasizes on the study of accurate marketing methodology and strategy based on the customer segmentation. Firstely, the thesis expatiates on the theory of customer segmentation and accurate marketing. Then, based on the current competitive environment, the target customer group and the purpose of segmentation will be identified. Leveraging to both quantitative and qualitative approach, the PHS customer segmentation modle of S Company is designed, the AHP knowledge have been introduced as well. We have got ten groups of clients. At last, according to the result of segementation model, different marketing strategy should be made, which is targeting on every subdivisional market. It would help S Company to realize accurate marketing management.
