With 3G's upcoming in global market, kinds of new applications based on 3G network emerge in endless. Wireless marketing is considered as the most potential new market. Using mobile telephone to deliver commercial information is the best choice for companies to develop beamed marketing. Companies can find their target clients from five hundred million people accurately and easily. According to the company's demand and its clients' speciality, the company can make use of many kinds of technologies to supply its clients with commercial information according to actual circumstances. It can reduce a great deal of marketing costs and raise the accuracy and validity. So the companies gain more values.At current many companies attempt to develop wireless marketing business, but this is just in leading strings. The enterprises are exploring this field. The academe is short of relevant study. This paper is trying to take part wireless marketing's development and industry chain and business model through systemic study and general analysis. There are many charts and trend-lines to make it clear.Relevant stakeholders in wireless marketing industry chain can not only make clear the market scale,consumer size,industry chain form and its tendency, but also master competition situation. At the same time, it is also in favor of relevant stakeholders to catch on intending business model and payoff model. So the enterprises can make good preparations for their business development.
