Study On The Access Fee Of IP-Phone Based On Cost

During last half century, the technologies of telecommunication have developed with astonishing speed. However, the cost management of communication was far behind the technology, which seriously restricts the development of telecommunication. The analyzing of network cost will become an inevitable problem.Present Telecommunication Tariff Regulatory Policy seriously distort, the supplier tend to bid above their true costs. Telecom product priced by sensory evaluation and random for it lacks the transparent cost accounting and supervision, the cost information which is necessary to the cost accounting are not published and it isn't sure whether the price reasonable or not. Under the pressure of competition and the desires of make great profit, the companies increase their cost to improve the price. Meanwhile, it can't know whether the cost is reasonable because of the lack of cost supervision. All of these made the telecom product priced on the undefined cost which harms the consumers.The analysis based on the cost break monopolization and establishes the effective competition and makes fair internetworking settlement policy. An effective and impartial cost calculated method is a very important topic discussed by theoreticians and practitioners to improve the operators to establish and perfect cost accounting system and build a management system for modern enterprises, which promote the communication development.At present, Internet has been popular in the rage the whole world. There are all kinds of telecom products base on Internet and varied network applications are emerging in multitude, especially the application of IP-phone which has become the new point of economic increase. During the following ten years, the data service will overtake telephone service. However, it will bring about a series of new problems, especially the price of access of IP-phone to traditional fixed phone.This paper pays attention to the price of access of IP-phone to traditional fixed phone. Considering the repetitive building, the IP-phone must use the service provided by the monopoly fixed network operation business. But the present price-based interconnection costs restrict the development of IP-phone. In this paper, the IP-phone system architecture of hardware and software is described and the IP-phone cost is analyzed. Base on this, the cost-based interconnection will be brought forward and its practice value.
