By promoting the Telecom Assistant Industry Group to restructure and enter the stock market,. China Telecom Group realized the target frame of "double-stock companies operation" for two Corps. Ltd, and formed the pattern of compatible, complementary, win-win cooperation, and mutual development for the main and assistant Industrial Corporations, that ensures the maximum interests of the Group.The thesis Adopts evaluation matrix and the method of SWOT analysis to conduct strategic analysis and decision-making of Gongxi Telecom Assistant Industry Group. By the analysis, the thesis finds out the key internal and external impact factors of Gongxi Telecom Assistant Industry Group (GXTAIG), and on this basis, establishes the External Factors Evaluation Matrix and Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix, then puts forward the strategic alternatives for GXTAIG. Finally the thesis makes the strategic choice by the method of QSPM. Through the analysis, the author believes that GXTAIG can grasp opportunities and use good policies to realize the target under the great situation, by reorganizing, changing the old operational mechanism, and establishing the new governance structure which corresponding to the capital market, and expanding its scope of business and markets to make the room to develop, and introducing the standardized system of internal controls and financial management systems, and forming the modern enterprise management mechanisms.
