Research About Agents' Native Country Training In Foreign Capital Insurance Company

Chinese insurance trade has made a great development since over twenty years' reform and opening to overseas. After China joined WTO, insurance market opening to overseas has made nice environment for the quick development of Chinese insurance. According to foresee, the demand has vast potential and stronger growing character in Chinese insurance market. With the quick development of Chinese insurance trade, a prominent problem has been placed in front of many insurance companies, i.e. too lack insurance agents. But to the foreign capital insurance companies, the lack insurance agents and the conflict between their perfect training system and Chinese traditional culture has become a problem as a bottle's neck, which is restricting their quick development.Firstly the writer analyzes the causes of restricting Chinese insurance development in this paper, with introducing the development and its present situation about Chinese insurance trade, making the key points stand out the most important factor of restricting the quick development of Chinese insurance trade, which is too lack insurance agents. After analyzing the relative documents domestic and abroad, the writer uses international companies theories and the theories of native country's influence in human resource management of international busyness ,next analyzing and researching the insurance agents' training problems in Chinese insurance trade, then stressing on the agents' training in foreign capital life insurance companies. Basing on Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance Company—the first internal and external cooperation Life Insurance Company, the writer stresses on the agents' native country's influence training in foreign capital life insurance companies. On the basis of all above, the writer put forward relative countermoves and suggestions.
