Tourism shopping is a focused question. Research on thecharacteristics of tourists' shopping behaviors can enrichcontent of tourism shopping marketing on theory, and also cansupply the foundation for development of tourism shoppingmarket. This paper divides the market according to thepopulation statistic factors, uses sampling survey method toobtain the basic data, and uses stat analytical method to makeinstance analysis on characteristics of shopping behavior ofChangsha team-tourists.The article is divided into four parts. The first part hassummarized and introduced some basic theories on tourismshopping, and the research method, the research intention andthe research rout. The second part is emphasis on relevanttheory research of tourists' shopping behaviors. It involvesrelevant conception's definite, influence factors andbehavior model of tourists' shopping behavior and so on. Inthe third part, It has utilized sampling survey method andcombined the ways of collectivity and delaminating descriptionto study the characteristics of the team-tourists' shoppingbehavior of Changsha by practical research. In the fourth part,It has given some advices for exploring tourism shopping marketaccording to the results of research.Through real diagnosis research, It discoveries that theteam-tourists' shopping behaviors' overall characteristicsand the lamination characteristics all have difference and general characteristics on these aspects of the purchaseintention, the purchase goal, the choice of purchase place andreference object, the purchase as well as the purchaseconsumption level. Thus it can be seen, carries on the wholeand the lamination research to study on tourist's shoppingbehavior characteristic is necessary, take the populationstatistic factor this stable statistics variable as thelamination standard isfeasible. According to the findings, Ithas proposed that reorganize the market order, enhancequality check, with honest price tag displayed, walk thepopular price route, expanse sells' the mesh point, enlargepropaganda dynamics and so on to develop the Changsha tourismshopping market concrete.
