| The disparity between assignment and income becomes one of the focal pointquestions. It has an influence on the internal demand and resolution to the problem of"san-nong" and will be relating the comprehensive well-off society's finallyrealization. It can be said that, the rural-urban income disparity not only is the mostmajor problem, also is the significant social economy question. The city andcountryside income disparity gets more and more attention from all walks of life. It isbecoming the focal point of the society.This text use the Marxist dialectical thinking method and modern scienceanalytical method to investigate the regional rural-urban disparity problem from fiverespects.The first part, as the introduction of this article, has combed the difference in theincome disparity between the urban and rural. and has pointed out the currentprospect and importance of the research of this problem.The second part analyzed the characteristic of the rural-urban income gap, andintroduced the dynamic description of rural-urban income gap. The difference in thedisparity is unreasonable.The third part practically analyzed the historicity and the feasible reason whichthe regional income gap produced from the different angle. We concluded thateconomic level, economic structure and the disparity of education between rural andurban have great influence on the regional rural-urban income disparity.The fourth part abstractly analyzed the main characteristic and the effect whichdisparity produced. The income disparity is so great and unreasonable that causes theunbalanced regional economic development, lower demand restructure. It has greateffect on the industry transferring between regions and industry reinstructed.The fifth part mainly put forward the systematic policy proposal and thetentative plan, according to above the proof and the analysis. We must take themeasure such as cooperation between regions, rural labor transferring among regions, sustainable regional economy development and so on. |
