The Realization Of Regional Integration Policies And The Integration Of Urban And Rural Research

Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s regional integration policy has experienced from the priority to the development of coastal economic zone along the Yangtze river to narrow regional disparity of the western development, and then to regional coordinated development of northeast China, the rise of central China strategy, overall planning for urban-rural development embodies the national regional coordinated development, the strategic objectives. Formed under the guidance of regional integration in the national policy of China Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta, beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration, the three urban agglomeration in the regional economic development and improve people’s living standards gets rapid development, has made an important contribution for the national economy.Into regional coordinated development of national and regional policies give priority to the development of the SAR, in the following three major urban agglomerations, the rise of a large number of urban agglomerations, city circle, but in these urban agglomerations, city circle, such as Wuhan city circle, after the nine years of development, it implements its policy mind-urban and rural integration, to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas?This paper uses qualitative research methods and comparative case analysis in wuhan city circle as the research object, by using of regional imbalance in the official preference theory frame of wuhan city circle. The study found that the Wuhan city circle at this stage did not achieve the integration of urban and rural areas, the formation of the city circle did not significantly improve the level of public services for local governments, the impact of the main factors of the urban-rural integration is not a city circle.
