Study On Financial Risk Management Of Chinese Transnational Corporations At The New Stage

With development of economic globalization and our country joined the WorldTrade Organization in 2001, both Chinese Transnational Corporations' domestic andinternational market environment is becoming more complicated and morechangeable. The competition between transnational corporations becomes more andmore intense, too. Following corporations' international business operations,especially financial activities, the influence and harm of the financial risk unceasinglyenlarges, and the corporations often fall into the financial crisis even bankruptcy.Therefore, it is urgent to make a research on management of Chinese TransnationalCorporations' financial risks and guide its business practices.In my paper, there are seven chapters. The paper fast attempts to make ananalysis of actual situation of Chinese transnational corporations in new stage on thebasis of existing theories on domestic management of financial risk by drawing onresearch findings of western countries.The my thesis will study financial riskmanagement of Chinese transnational corporations with the mothod which combinedwith qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Then my thesis will studyenvironment features of financial operation of Chinese transnational corporations,analyze the reasons for financial risks in order to master, control and prevent financialrisks. Finally, my thesis presents specific management measures to control andprevent the risks of circulation, investment, capital operation and profit distribution,which promote lasting and health development of transnational corporation in China.
