Comparative Analysis Of Financial Flows Management On Russianand Chinese Transnational Corporations(TNCs)

At the present stage of economic development one of the major problems facing companies is the problem of efficient and flexible management mechanism of financial flows.In the modern economy the availability of the necessary level of profitability is not always the key to its successful development.Effective and efficient management of cash flows and cash equivalents contributes to the achievement of financial stability, profitability and positive dynamics of development of the company. In a constantly changing economic situation, the achievement of this goal is impossible without the use of theoretical approaches and practical developments in the field of financial flows management.The concept of financial flows is originated relatively recently, it is still not formulated a unified concepts related to financial flows, and it is still insufficiently substantiated indicators, describing the financial flows of the company. The need to adapt the management process of financial flows to current conditions of the domestic economy, the need for the study of financial flows of enterprises identified the relevance of the choice of the topic of this thesis and directions for research.Thus, this thesis is oriented on research of theoretical approaches and practical recommendations for improving the process of financial flows management on Russian and Chinese Transnational Corporations. This research includes the scientific approaches to the concept of financial flows, main theoretical approaches to the financial flows managementon Transnational Corporations, the process of formation of financial resources of TNCs, particularities of financial flows management on TNСs, and methods of financial flows optimization.It was provided organizational and economic characteristics of two largest oil and gas industry corporations of Russia and China – JSC “Gazprom” and “Sinopec Corp.”; analyzed the effectiveness of financial resources use on these corporations; examined the state of the volume and structure of the cash flow; analyzed net financial flows of “Gazprom” and “Sinopec”. Also it have been provided guidelines for the optimization of financial flows on researched companies, and explored innovative approaches in the management of financial flows on TNCs.
