Research On Process Quality Diagnosis Technology

Nowadays,market competition become more and more fierce with the continuous advancement of science technology and fast development of economy. In this situation, quality level becomes a key factor influencing enterprises participation in market competition, and process quality turns to be the foundation of final quality of product. In Advanced Manufacturing condition, how to improve efficiently process quality has been the research focus in the current product quality control field. In this paper the author proposes process quality approach based on quality diagnosis by analyzing existing process quality control methods and associating characteristics of Advanced Manufacturing condition. The study is concerned about the following aspects:①Process quality control is proposed based on quality diagnosis. With efficient quality diagnosis, we not only solve the quality problems occurring in manufacturing process but also provide valuable references for quality prevention so as to reduce frequency of quality problems. On the account of the role and position of quality diagnosis in process quality control, method of controlling process quality from improvement of quality diagnosis level is proposed in the paper.②Process quality diagnosis model is established based on neural network by associating advantage of process quality control with characteristics of process quality diagnosis. Based on this, the overall frame of process quality control system is proposed, process quality control flow is expounded, and main function modules are described.③Process quality control based on quality diagnosis is implemented by designing quality control chart pattern recognition network, parameter assessment network and quality diagnosis network and dividing control chart pattern. The design process and training scheme are explained in detail, and the performance of network is tested with examples finally.As the research result, we can summary that with the aid of process quality control system based on quality diagnosis, we not only solve quality problems in manufacturing phase, but also provide reference for future quality diagnosis, and efficiently embody the"Prevent Firstly". By applying Neural Network to quality diagnosis, we can improve efficiency of process quality diagnosis, offset deficiency of traditional expert diagnosis, and make the system meet the requirement of integration, automation and network in manufacturing control process in Advanced Manufacturing situation.
