Quality Function Deployment (QFD), which is core technique of quality engineering, is a planning process in the market-oriented product design and development. In this category, the model of dynamic QFD, a Multi-Goal Programming model on Multi-dimension House of Quality and QFD with fuzzy sets theory are discussed and problems are solved as follows:1. The trapezoidal Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) generalized the traingu-lar fuzzy AHP, This paper uses trapezoidal AHP fuzzy numbers to grade customer requirements and calculate the weights.2. A new QFD method based on neural network, which solve the limitation of Customer requirement items in conventional QFD. The changes of customer requirement are transferred to the designer in very good time, programme is simply and workload is satisfactory.3. Based on the relationships between customer requirement(CR) and engineer Character (EC), as well as correlations among the ECs are fuzzy in nature, a fuzzy linear programming model is proposed, which makes customer satisfaction maximize.4. A Multi-Goal Programming model is proposed on Multi-dimension House of Quality. The proposed model can make full use of information in almost every part of different houses of quality, which aims at helping the product development team make decision effective to maximize customer satisfaction with limited resources.
