| With the development of economic globalization, market competition becomes more and more intense, the manufacturing enterprises are faced with more challenges, the product structure is getting more complex and the demand more diversified, and the orders change frequently, all of these cause the optimization of the complex manufacturing systems to be more difficult, and also set higher requests to production scheduler,dispatch and organization. In this situation, traditional production management and dispatch technologies are difficult to satisfy the needs of enterprises'survival and development. The rapid development of the system simulation technology brings the huge help for the complex systems design and optimization analysis which is an effective way to solve the planning and optimization questions in the manufacturing domain. It is imperative for enterprises to realize digitization management of production systems in order to give themselves advantages in the intense market competition. On the basis of the domestic and foreign correlative researches, this paper studies the key realization technologies of simulation modeling of job-shop discrete production systems and has application in the enterprise.This paper summarizes the status of system simulation theory development and study, and the application status of the digital factory. It elaborates the concept,forming backgrounds and key technologies of the digital factory. Aiming at questions in the production operation of the discrete manufacturing industry in our country, this paper puts forward improving enterprises'competition by system simulation, studies the modeling methods,operating mechanisms and influencing factors of the discrete production system simulation, and analyzes the existent difficulties of simulation of the job-shop discrete production system.In the simulation system design, this paper completes simulation modeling of the job-shop discrete production system using the object-oriented technology, constructs main model frame of simulation which is object-oriented, puts forward designing the system simulation environment by using the level modeling methods, and has carried on the detailed system design, builds the object class storehouses,the equipment models and the product craft models of the simulation system, and defines the information views of various workstations; aiming at the existent difficulties of simulation of the job-shop discrete production system, this paper elaborates the key technologies of system simulation realization from three aspects: gathering the production datum,determining the dispatch strategies and evaluating the simulation system.Finally, all above theory studies are applied to the enterprise. Taking the certain workshop of certain factory as the application object, this paper establishes the digital simulation system of the workshop, analyzes the bottlenecks which are exist in the production process by simulation operation, puts forward the corresponding optimization and adjustment measures according to the workshop, and has carried on the contrast analysis of equipments load and processing products of the workshop which are existent before and after optimization, proves the validity of the optimization project, and improves the production organization level of the workshop by simulation implementation. |
