The task processing time has strong uncertainty, which is caused by the nonrepetitive characteristics of the custom manufacturing production process. It is the direct bottleneck for enterprise to make up an orderly, coordinating controllable, and efficient executive workshop scheduling. The traditional production scheduling assumes that the task has specific and fixed processing time, that make the scheduling solution’s guiding deviate greatly in the execution and lead to the production planning and scheduling failure. The production tasks will be unable to complete on time, the slippage phenomenon become more and more serious, enterprise reputation, economic benefits will be affected. The head frame is the main component of enterprise. The chaos of processing workshop scheduling, which is caused by the uncertain processing time of the key process, is a serious problem to restrict the development of this manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, this thesis studies the scheduling problem for head frame processing with uncertain processing time.Firstly, the uncertain processing time of the head frame is analyzed. The mathematical model of uncertain processing time was developed by the quantitative analysis on the enterprise’s historical processing time for the key process. Secondly, the thesis has designed a model of choosing scheduling rule and give a way of choosing scheduling rules based of analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The way can response scheduling goal’s flexible change, overcomes the shot coming of traditional ways which purely depend on artificial experience and provides a reference for scheduling rule’s choice. Thirdly, the flexible flow shop scheduling optimization model with uncertain processing time is developed. A solving algorithm is designed based on genetic algorithm. By analyzing and solving the example the superiority of genetic algorithm for the flexible flow shop scheduling model with uncertain processing time is validated. Lastly, this thesis designed a flexible flow shop scheduling optimization model using Plant Simulation, validated the model in practical production and solve the problems in the production of enterprises.This thesis’ s study results could weaken the influence of the flexible flow shop scheduling for enterprise, which is caused by the uncertain processing time,and alleviate the problem as the enterprise manufacturing cycle too long,deliver delay and so on.
