| With increasingly severe global environmental problems, environmental protection and implementation of sustainable development have become important duties in the 21st century. We can't overly rely on the technology and spontaneously regulatory role of market, whereas neglect the environmental threshold. Also can't only see that human beings destroy environment, whereas do not see human beings'initiative to transform the environment in the process of economic and technological grow.Chongqing, still adopt the traditional economic developing model. In this way, the direct results are over-exploring of resources and over-growth of energy consumption. Therefore, it's the necessary choice for us develop Circular Economy. The research approach that this thesis plans to use the theory combine with real example. In the light of Chongqing's current circumstances, proposed countermeasures in accordance with three different levels of development of Circular Economy. The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part: Introduction. Analysis mainly that proposes the background upgraded, the research purpose and the research approaches.The second part: The theory and theoretical foundation of circular economy. It structured the theory frame of circular economy by analyzing concept, principle, essential feature and theoretical foundation.The third part: Chongqing Municipality on the environment, the economic situation and economic development cycle analysis. Based on the main theories, we analysis the existing resources, the environment and the socio-economic status in Chongqing. At last use the SWOT analysis method to propose a solution to provide a comprehensive, practical basis.The forth part: SWOT analysis of the status quo and, based on three levels of economic development cycle: the micro-enterprises level, the central park level and the macroeconomic social aspect we proposed the strategies. And get Chongqing Economic Zone and the development of recycling economy as a practical model. |
