The Exploration Of China's New Industrialization

To transform traditional industries and achieve a new-style industrialization is the only for our country to realize modernization and national rejuvenation. To develope circular economy is a realistic choice for out country to industrialization toward the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of society.This topic discussed in this paper took Caofeidian industrial zone of circular economy development mode as an example of circular economy. The concept of new industrialization and the circulation economic theory was systematically interpreted, it proved that the way of new industrialization is an inevitable choice of China by comparative analysis between the new industrialization and the traditional industrialization.Given the successful experience of the Caofeidian industry zone, this article puts forward that the old industrial base and the coastal city develop circular economy and points out the significance of the Caofeidian industry zone development mode of recycle economy, meanwhile, it promotes the new industrialization development in our country.The start of this article introduces the theory of new industrialization and circular economy and the basic theory. By comparison and analysis, it makes advantage of circular economy industrialization prominent.The article make a conclusion of the circular economy model and characteristics of Caofeidian industry zone. it also points out the advantage of circular economy development of Caofeidian industrial zone and restrictive conditions by analyzing its characteristics. The article detailed the problem it encountered of circular economy development in Caofeidian industry zone. Meanwhile it put forward some suggestion on how to deal with the problems. Through the study of circular economy in Caofeidian industry zone in our country, it is concluded that must China has to develop recycle economy mode on the way to new industrialization and put the sustainable development of the economy into effect to drive the whole economy. It is the only way for China to develop economy in long term goals.
