The training is a business enterprise to carry on the most basic way in the human resource development that is also the core contents of the human resource development. For the employee personal to say, train can help employee to make use of the potential, adequately.It carries out the oneself value, the exaltation satisfaction, strengthen the ownership feeling to the business enterprise and sense of responsibilities. See from business enterprise, the valid training can raise the work efficiency and economic performances, strengthenning the business enterprise in the competition ability and coagulate the dint. The training that conducts the important function in business enterprise urges the business enterprise the governors increase the training investment continuously. An economist of American Schatz estimate, that the contribution rate of the American national economy growth amount to 33%,because of elevated labor force quantity which is the result of annex the hunman capital investment.In realistic life, the most employee of business enterprise the training work do not obtain the anticipant result, even just for training, lack of plan and science.The A limited company is from original administration and heavy celebrate company which is whole to turn state-owned individual proprietorship company. The group company carried on the system reform, converting the idea, innovation mechanism from 2000. In labor the personnel system reform process, resolved the old problem. But in the last yearses group training work is not done well. Such as the training lack of aim and result, the training is ineffective; the employee's training aggressive is not high etc. Along with the group increasingly, the personnel increases continuously, it is in the aspects of training to manage shortage and problems of existence also rear out increasingly, and affected the implement of the group"15 programmings", affecting strategic target of the group.So this text introduced the human resource development theories, the training theories. It analyzed the A group company training management present condition and existence problems. According to the actual circumstance of the company, comprehensive usage relevant training theories, it built up the training system, which constitute of training need investigate, training plan, the training carry out and the training evaluate. From enhance to train the need analysis to commence, lead to go into the valuation of the training result, emphasize the principle that carries on training and pays attention to train the result according to the need, set up the new training management mode, and put forward the guarantee measure.From this research, I hope that training project and the guarantee measure can provide some references to the business enterprise.
