Current enterprises faced with three competitive challenges: Globalizationchallenge, quality challenge and high achievements work system challenge. In sucheconomic environment, "The determinism is not the factor which only maydetermine". How to gain and maintain enterprise competitive advantages has becomethe important topic which the enterprise pays attention immediately. The onlycompetitive advantage of modern enterprises is to study more quickly compared toyour competitors. Enterprises in our country have already more and more realized theimportance of human resources training and the development. Speaking of thecountry, the education and training may improve national's overall quality, thusmakes the contribution for the economical growth; Organizes speaking of theenterprise, training may seek out talent on potential, displays the talented person toaffect, builds the enterprise the core competitive ability, serves for the organizationgoal realization; Speaking of the staff individual, training may make the staff torenew the idea, grasp the new technology, to adapt organization's higher request, dealwith the challenge work. The text takes CAC Corporation as an example, uses thefundamental research to add the case research the method, takes trains the flowmanagement as the master line, has carried on the analysis and the discussion toChinese enterprise's human resources training and the development.The function of enterprise trains displays in: Enhances the work achievements;Enhances the feeling satisfies and the security level; Establishes the outstandingenterprise culture and the image. The training goal lies in: Strengthens staffsoccupational ethics; Raises the specialized level; Sharpens the working ability. Thetraining total principle includes: Training must adapt enterprise's realistic demand;Training must support the enterprise the goal; Training should be one kind ofmanagement; The training management must have the unity and the scientific nature;Training carry on for obtaining the ideal behavior consequence; Training shouldserves for staffs self-development and the occupation development. The training principle of equality includes: Will process the enterprise in the near future the goaland the long term strategic relations; Must achieve studies for the purpose ofapplication; Must pay attention to the principle which the adult studies; Training isCEO's important responsibility; Must pay attention to the individual differences; Payattention to the training effect the feedback and the training result strengthening; Mustpay great attention to drive principle.There are differences between the two concepts: training and education.Training is a process of teaching the necessary basic skills to do their jobs. Educationis social activity by teaching, inducting or acquiring knowledge, views and skills. Itemphasizes a domain and a discipline elementary knowledge and skill. Training aimsat some specific work and the occupation; Education pursues goal profounder andmore widespread. Training mostly emphasizes actual effect; Education emphasizesindividual long term develops.Training starts at the beginning of 20th century in the western nations. Theirtheory is day by day improved, and in the practice they have formed characteristictraining patterns. The vocational education and trains is good methods of enhancingenterprise competitive abilities and even strengthening comprehensive nationaladvantageous.Enterprise's training system at least is composed of the training demand analysissystem, the determination training plan system, the implementation training system,the training appraisal system four parts. Among them, the training demand analysissystem is the foundation which all training starts, the training plan definite system isthe core of the system, the implementation training system is the key of the system,training appraised system is the safeguard.This text adopts and carries on research the training practice of CAC Company.It has achieved a lot on training. The author thinks the company's training integrallevel is not high, still at the stage of fumbling. The subject problems existing are: thedemand of the train indeterminate; the set up of the training unreasonable; thecommunication channel is unitary; Training appraised the mechanism is not perfect; Training achievement transformation environment lacking. On this basis, the text hasproposed countermeasure and suggestion of promotion company staffs training result.Lay particular emphasis on and train the demand to analyze the evaluation system ofthe system and result of training sound especially.The full text is divided into five parts.
