Study On The Effect Of Technological Progress On The Industrial Structure Readjustment Of China

After more than 50 years'Industrialisation, especially 30 years after reform and opening in 1978, the level of technology and industrial structure has got a great progress. In order to keep the sustained growth of economy , build the affluent society, walk a new industrial road, and locate the scientific concept of development, we must put the technology progress on the first place, and make our effort to improve its contribution to economic growth and industrial structure optimization.Building on the research achievements on industrial structure and technology progress of scholars boath at home and abroad, this paper first quantized and analyzed the level of industrial structure and technology. The industrial structure is quantized by 7 indexes with AHP, and the technology by TFP, and then got their rates of change. From the description analysis, it's found that both tend to be stabilization and going up, to 2004, they both have a new high groth.Then the paper analyzed the relationship between technology lever and industrial structure level, their rates of change, technical innovation and industrial structure level, technical import and industrial structure level, the result is there's only one pair of causality consequence, that is the technology level is the cause of industrial structure level. Of cause, technical innovation and technical import are both caurses of industrial structure level. So we could conclude that the exogenous technology is more important than endogenetic, it occupies 3 of 4.Contraposing the conclusion, this paper start with the mechanism of technology influenting industrial structure, from teoroey to demonstration, separating the industrial structure to demond, supply, employment, international trade and leading industry. The paper showed the effection to the industrial structure of our exogenous and endogenetic technology. It's approved that duiring the Industrial Revolution, the industrial policy has had much effect of the industrial structure, and is also very good for the endogenetic development. Chinese industrial structure is probably facing a new round of upgrading.So what we should do is to insist and pratice the industry policy, and make the government and company complement each other, and to finish the Industrialisation successfully.
