Analysis On The Influence That Technical Innovation Effects Industrial Structure

Technical innovation plays an important role in leading industrial structure to a higher level of evolution. It influences industry structure directly or indirectly. On the contrary, industry structure has an impact on the level of Technical innovation. This thesis is to study the influential mechanism that technical innovation impacts industrial structure, to set up a sane industrial structure and to drive it to a higher level. The aim of this thesis is to model the two to test their coordination.Proper index system was selected to measure the level of industry structure and Technical innovation. The AHP (analytical hierarchy process) was used to quantify the two. Two time serials could be got. And then the Granger causal relationship test is used to analyze the causation between them. The result indicates that there is no statistical Granger causal relationship between them.Both the history evolvement and effect mechanism of the industrial structure and technical innovation are studied in the paper, and then come to the conclusion that industrial structure cooperates with the technical innovation.To settle the problems, measures should be taken as follows. On one hand, to increase the supporting force of the government of technological innovation and to utilize the import and diffusing of technology, technical structure would be quicken to adjust; at the same time, to upgrade industrial structure through high-tech industrialization and reconstruction of traditional industrial structure. On the other hand, measures should be taken to optimize the other condition to speed up the synergetic effect of our industrial structure and technical innovation, such as to accelerate establishing and perfecting the technological market, to expedite the technological innovation by institutional innovation, to reinforce the lead of our government, etc.
