Based on the empirical results, we get the following several important conclusions:(1) forward correlation effect is industrial TFP change an important internal mechanism, its industrial TC, TE improvement, SE improve also has very significant role in promoting. So, in the long run, do not take the independent innovation and technology digestion and absorption will restrict industry total factor productivity. Based on the results of industry group is proved that in the high degree of competition of the industry, the correlation effect on TFP and decomposition of inhibitory effect will be reduced significantly, and this shows that to speed up the marketization reform will help to enhance the efficiency of industrial production.(3) about industrial agglomeration spillover effect research is worth discussing.
