Study On Behavior Of Investors Of Western Ecological Reconstruction

The deterioration of west Eco-environment affects economic construction both in the west and all country. Therefore, it is an important issue to strengthen Eco-environment reconstruction in west China. West Eco-environment reconstruction is a big project that is long periods, high risks and low income, which decides that the project must be got huge and persistent investment. From 1999, national finance, local farmers and some corporations, which are the main investing bodies, invest a lot to the project and also it acquires some success. But comparing to the anticipative goal, it still needs to go further.This thesis first analyzes some foreign countries'experiences on typical ecological reconstruction projects and gets some apocalypse to Chinese west Eco-environment reconstruction. Then, it analyzes investing status quo, benefit and influencing factors that the government, farmers and corporations invest west Eco-environment reconstruction. At last, it gets the conclusion and gives proposals. The papers is composed by sis chapters, and the main points are as follow:Chapter 1 Introduction. It expatiates the research background, intention, significance, methods, both national and overseas research trends and innovations.Chapter 2 The ecological environment builds main experience with investment of subject and behavior abroad. This chapter analyzed the situation of investing body supporting ecologic construction in other countries. Their cases provides precious experiences to us about the government and corporations investing west Eco-environment reconstruction.Chapter 3 the behavior analysis on government investing west Eco-environment reconstruction projects. This chapter illuminates the situation that government invests the reconstruction in recent years. It analyzes the main influencing factors, which includes the slantwise policy of ecological construction, financial income and GDP counting system. It also gives suggestions on government investing modes, that are direct and indirect investing modes.Chapter 4 the behavior analysis on corporation investing west Eco-environment reconstruction projects. This chapter analyzes the external inevitability, possibility, subjective and objective factors.
