With the progress of human society and rapid development of economy and rich material wealth of mankind, a lot of natural resources were consumed. During this process of logistics activities in the enterprise, a lot of industrial waste and scrap were produced, which were discharged into the environment through the simple treatment such as being abandoned, buried and burned, causing the depletion of social resources and the deterioration of natural environment. Triggering neglect impact of global warming, greenhouse effect and environmental pollution became more serious, and human survival environment was also under threat. Governments and the public began to increasingly concern about environmental issues. In June 1992, the United Nations Environment and Development Conference are held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The conference adopted the "Rio Declaration" and the "21th Century Agenda" and indicated that all the countries should completely change their current way of production, consumption patterns and traditional concepts of development, and strive to establish new way of production, consumption patterns and corresponding new strategies and new ideas of "sustainable development", which enabled human beings to be in harmony with nature. As an effective means to solve environmental and resource problems, reverse logistics solutions became increasingly important in economic activities.Reverse Logistics usually consists of five possible reverse flow of materials: Direct re-sold product flow (recycling-test-distribution); re-processing product flow (recycling-test-re-processing); re-processing component stream (recycling-test-split-re-processing); scrapped product flow (recycling-test-treatment); discarded parts stream (recycling-test-split-processing).In order to promote the activities of reverse logistics in the enterprises, achieving the goals of sustainable development to guide the positive interaction mechanism between government, enterprises and consumers in production and consumption process is of great urgency. By using game theory and on the basis of other scholars'research and practice, this paper gave systematic analysis of the relevant theoretical basis for reverse logistics and subject of participation, and established further study of game model. This paper is structured as follows:Part I, introduction, which introduced the topic background, value and purpose of research, and difficulties, focus and innovation points of this paper.Part II firstly described the definition of reverse logistics from the point of view of enterprise, thus this paper involved the concept of reverse logistics for a given definition. Then it analyzed the drivers, characteristics, role and significance of reverse logistics, and simply introduced basic ideas and classification of game theory.Part III conducted a systematic and detailed analysis of the subject of reverse logistics by using the basic idea of game theory, starting with enterprises'reducing cost and increasing efficiency, government's promoting the development of circular economy, and consumers'getting more value and interests, and established relevant game model, found the key factors which came to affect the decision-making behavior of participant subject and balanced strategy of game parties, that is their optimal decisions. For example, in the game between enterprises, this part firstly analyzed the obstacles that reverse logistics enterprises may face, and then divided the game that may exist between enterprises into two kinds:implementation of reverse logistics between enterprises in the same industry, and implementation of reverse logistics between upstream and downstream enterprises in supply chain,in order to establish a different static game model between enterprises in the same industry and between upstream and downstream enterprises under the premise of complete information.According to the relevant model, Part IV put forward the most beneficial measures from the perspective of government, enterprises and consumers. For example, enterprises should strengthen the enterprises'own management by reducing costs and increasing efficiency and implementation of reverse logistics outsourcing strategies, to make sure that reverse logistics can be implemented effectively. Thus I made my own recommendations to the implementation of reverse logistics in China and I hope to provide a certain theoretical basis for the effective implementation of reverse logistics.
