A Study On The Continuable Growth Of Enterprises: An Ecological View

The theory of enterprise ecosystem has been paid into more and more attention these years. To make an inquiry into the sustaining growth of enterprises based on the ecological theory, the importance is to syncretize the ecology and continuable growth theory for enterprise into a whole frame so as to break through the bottleneck on the way of enterprises'development. This paper introduces ecological view into enterprises'study, and analyses the ecological characteristics of certain enterprises, raises a enterprises ecological net model which can help to pick out the crucial elements for innovation and to establish sustaining growth strategy.The main task of this study can be illuminated as follows:(1)To establish an enterprises net model on a ecological view and explain it. Furthermore, the paper uses this model to analyses IBM, Nokia and digital imaging industry.(2)The basic element for a company's continuable development is effective timely innovation. Only sufficiently considering the ecological system risks with innovation and making clear the crucial elements of innovation, can an enterprise succeed in the innovation process. Continual innovation ensure dynamic health of the enterprise. Innovation inhabits in ecosystem, successful innovation implements by upward and backward position cooperation. Innovation course has three risks: career innovation, dependent risk and conformity risk.(3)To build up an analysis frame for company strategy based on the view of ecological system, and establish an ecology-based sustaining growth model of enterprises. The model comprises two factors: health and innovation of enterprise. Healthy enterprise ecosystem became postulate of enterprise continual growth, sustaining innovation brings dynamic health to the enterprise. So in this condition, the goal of continual growth of enterprise comes true.
