With the development of social economy,science and technology,the economic globalization and international competition has increased fiercely,the survival and development of high-tech enterprises face huge challenges.As the strategic emerging industry,the high-tech enterprises,not only relates to the technical development level of a country or region,but also affects the ascension of whole social economy level.The characters of high input,high risk and high income of product research determine the innovation investment management must be flexible,then the managers can adjust the innovation activities at any time according to the change of target market and adapt to economic development.Combining the theory of ecological management,the paper analysis the ecological management of innovation investment activities of high and new technology enterprise.The paper analysis the ecological features of innovation investment activities of high and new technology enterprise,proposes the connotation and characteristics of the ecological system of innovation investment,analysis the meaning and the influencing factors of the balance of ecological system of innovation investment.Based on the contents of natural ecological system,selects evaluation indexs of the balance of ecosystem from the producers,the consumers,the disintegrator and the environment,establish the system of evaluation index,put forwards fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis to evaluate the balance of ecosystem,proposes the measures to improve the balance of innovation investment ecosystem.The paper selects the innovation investment ecosystem of Sunflower Solar Technology Company of Zhejiang Province to have an empirical research,evaluats its balance and proposes the measures to enhance the balance of ecosystem according to the results.The study of activities of innovation investment of high and new technology enterprise from the ecological perspective will provide new thoughts and new methods for innovation investment management of high and new technology enterprise of China and will be helpful to realize the ecological development.
