| Traditional technological innovation takes economic benefit as starting point.in the process of pursuing the maximization of economic benefits,it ignores the protection of the ecological environment,leading to the increasingly prominent environmental problems.people's living and economic development have been seriously affected.In order to change the current environment worsening status,improve the quality of people's living environment and make economic development vitality,all the countries in the world are trying to enhance the ecological technology innovation ability,will be integrated into the idea of ecology to technological innovation.the technical innovation is no longer a single pursuit of economic development but for the all-round development of society.the ecological scientific and technological innovation has become an important factor to measure the competitiveness of a region.This paper takes eastern,central and Western China as the object of our study,and empirically studies the relationship between the innovation ability of ecological science and technology and regional economic growth.According to the different conditions of different regions,this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhancethe innovation ability of our country's ecological technology,and promote the development of economy.Under the circumstance of environmental problems becoming increasingly serious,ecological technology innovation abilityhas become an important factor to measure the competitiveness of a region.Based on elaborating the mechanism of ecological technology innovation,this paper established the index system of ecological technology innovation ability from three dimensions: ecological technology innovation benefit,government environmental policy and environmental bearing capacity.And then the index system is analyzed by correlation analysis and discrimination analysis.Finally,this paper selected the data from 2005 to 2014 to test.The results show that the evaluation index system of regional ecological innovation ability constituted by 11 indicators has good liability and validity.Theinnovation capability of regional ecological technology in China presentsa trend of decreasingfrom the eastern regions to the middle tothe west areas.Based on the measurement of ecological science and technology innovation ability,this paper further explores the influence of ecological science and technology innovation ability of the difference of regional economic growth space.Firstly,this paper uses the common panel data model to explore the impact of ecological science and technology innovation capacity,capital stock and labor forcing on regional economic growth in eastern,central and Western China;and then introducing space factors to test whether spatial correlation exists between regions,so as to establish a spatial panel data model,.The results showed that the ecological technology innovation's influence on regional economic growth are different.Some provinces and cities have played an important role in promoting economic growth,but in some provinces and cities,the ecological science and technology innovation has negative effect on economic growth.On the whole,the innovation of science and technology in East and central regions is significant to economic growth,the effect is not obvious in the western region.The space of test results showed that the spatial correlation does not exist in the eastern region;there is spatial correlation in the central region and negative spatial spillover effect;while the spatial correlation.of the western region is eliminated.Therefore,each province should effectively promote the development of ecological science and technology innovation ability,strengthen ecological technology exchange and government regulation,pay attention to the cultivation of ecological technology talents,promoting ecological technology innovation,and improve the economic growth rate. |
