Research On The Indicator Frame Of Cleaner Production For Cement Industry

The traditional develop mode of cement industry which not only consumes lots of energy resources and other resources, but also discharges lots of pollutants can not meet the demand of sustainable development of the society. To promote the sustainable development of cement industry, we must take the cleaner production step. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses and study, the research was to develop the complete assessment indicator system for cement industry, which would evaluate the level of enterprise and would help perform the cleaner production and redesign or improve the enterprises.Compared with the assessment indicator system for cleaner production of the domestic and foreign ,and Combined with the constitution of Cleaner Production Specification for Cement Industry, The cleaner production was divided into 5 indexes and 40items, including environmental emission, energy resources consumption, resources comprehensive utilization, product trait and cleaner management.Adopting the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),we gave all the items with appropriate weight. This can combine date,experts'suggestion and analyses'judgments together. It laid the foundation for the cleaner production assessment.It showed that the synthesized method which can combine the quantitative assessment and qualitative analysis together could be introduced to Cleaner Production, It's much better than the aggregative indicators method,Fuzzy Math method that popularly used in Cleaner Production assessments. By using it, the cleaner production personnel will easily know the process technologies, economical benefit, production management, and find out the Cleaner Production potential about the enterprises. At last, the assessment flow sheet is provided, and we validate the feasibility of this Cleaner Production assessment system.
