Then, the quoted price of the bidder gets very important.Based the background above, firstly, this thesis discusses the status of the development of the system of Bid Invitation & Bidding in our country, then put forward the lack of the system. Secondly, researched the current work of Bid Invitation & Bidding and found some problems in it, several pertinent suggest has been presented. Thirdly, the application of game theory on Bidding &Quotation is the core of this thesis. Using the method of game theory to study the bid strategy, the quotation model has been established. And, the application of this model has good effect in practice. Finally, to make the quotation model and the process of decision-making more practical and more exact, the technology of compute has been brought into the quotation model.
