The Risk Evaluation Research Of TBT Affecting To Our Country's Export

The thesis will mainly apply quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the risk of TBT(Technical Barriers to Trade) and the relationship between TBT and export, using for reference of the research of foreign and domestic's scholars, opening out the relationship of TBT and economic growth, in order to offer quantitative research sustaining to the evaluation of TBT's risk.The thesis firstly introduces the background and purport of the thesis, and sets forth the foreign and domestic expert's research about its relative problems. On the base of it, the thesis includes two parts. The first part is quantitative research about the effect of TBT to the economic and export with description statistics and regression analysis. The second part builds index system and the data base calculating the risk modulus, first classify TBT with applying the grouping competing of nerve network model, ascertain height, middle, low risk, and then according to the experts assessment and evaluation, take the risk modulus to the BP nerve network, then train the network in order to make the error between training value and appraising value reach a minimum, last build the system of risk estimate.According to the risk estimate method of the thesis introduced, we can build the system of the TBT risk estimate. We can calculate the certain risk value of every TBT, then can guide and optimize the export industry.
