The Research Of The Development On The Retail Banking In Of The Domestic Commercial Bank

The retail banking is a kind of the main business lines of the commercial bank. The more the commercial bank knows about the retail banking and the more thoroughly the domestic banking industry reforms, the more important the retail banking becomes and the getting fiercer the competition is and the more obvious the problems of the retail banking becomes. Because of working on the retail banking in the commercial bank, the writer not only feels the development of the retail banking, but also feels the advantages and disadvantages of the retail banking. Accordingly this paper studies the theoretical basis on the existence and evolution of the retail banking firstly, then analyses the necessity and feasibility of the reform and development of the retail banking in China, thirdly researches the actual state and the existent problems in the domestic retail banking, and pertinently advances the countermeasure. This paper researches the historical background of the domestic retail banking and the social economic conditions about the reform and development, and advances my own opinion.
