Being the leader in global theme park industry, there is no doubt that Hong Kong Disneyland has its own attraction and public appeal in the Hong Kong tourism industry. Hong Kong Ocean Park, the direct competitor, is facing a rigorous and changing environment which has to consider the next operating strategies and the "Coopetition" with the Hong Kong Disneyland.This article reviewed the history of Hong Kong theme park industry and analyzed the current situation and development of the Hong Kong Ocean Park and Hong Kong Disneyland. Through the comparison for these two theme parks, pointed out the competing condition. Based on the game theory, this article studied the principle, investment, product, price, customers and the promotion these 6 aspects to analyze the Hong Kong Ocean Park and Hong Kong Disneyland operation. Discussed the concept and application about "win-win coopetition" in Hong Kong theme park industry, this article explored the evolution of Hong Kong Ocean Park and Hong Kong Disneyland. Lastly, this article parsed the coopetition with Macau, Taiwan, Pearl Delta, South East Asian countries and gave advices for the future development.
