A Research About The Cooperation Of Infrastructure's Supplies Between Guangdong, Hong Kong And Marco

Infrastructure is the product with value of fundamental, exterior, and forerunner. The supply of infrastructure directly affect the economic and trade relation of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, nowadays, cooperation in supply of infrastructure has begun one of the important topics in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao's economic coopering.This paper firstly summarizes and analyses the characteristic of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao's supply of infrastructure with related Public Economic Theory. Then utilize Game Theory to analyses the intrinsic mechanism of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao's cooperation in infrastructure supply, and determines the necessary as well as possibility of the cooperation. Finally, we give out a empirical test with a case study of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. We also give out some policy suggestions about establishing steady and affective cooperation system in three aspects: Firstly, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao should build up mechanism to share information and to bind every member's behavior; Secondly, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao should build up some mechanisms in infrastructure area, these mechanisms can provide the fair benefit distribution and impel every member to cooperate; Lastly, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao should refer each other, use the useful experience in infrastructure cooperation projects. The government and market should develop each function to make sure the supply of the infrastructure is high efficiency.In method, this paper mainly uses Relative-Analyzing method, Game Theory, Case-Analyzing method, empirical and non-empirical method to analyze and comment.
