Establishment And Stabilities Of Strategic Fellowship Relationship In Joint Managed Inventory

Joint Managed Inventory is a kind of comparatively advanced managed inventory method. The implementation of Joint Managed Inventory contributes to supplying guarantee to achieving synchronized running of the supply chain, reducing the demand distortion in the supply chain, decreasing the uncertainties in the inventory, and improving the stabilities of the supply chain, enhancing the corporation among the members in the supply chain. Establishing cooperative fellowship relationship is the most important process of the managed supply chain; however, it is also the main obstacle to the implementation of Joint Managed Inventory. Therefore, based on the reference of many works domestic or aboard, this paper aims to work at the establishment and stabilities of cooperative fellowship relationship in the Joint Managed Inventory.Firstly, this paper summarized the theories about the supply chain managed inventory. Then, in section three, it emphasized on the selection of the supplying part in the supply chain. After reviewing the research on the integrated evaluation index to the supply part and the current methods used in the supply part selection, this paper made comparison between the deviation method of comparatively disadvantage subordinative degree and the deviation method of comparatively advantage subordinative degree, and made future research on the method based on the dynamic index used to select supply part.The establishment and stabilities of the strategic cooperative fellowship relationship requires the active joining of all the enterprises. Thus, the section four of this paper specialized in giving the measures to promote the cooperation of all the enterprises and analyzed the rewards and punishment mechanism to promote the cooperation of all the enterprises in supply chain. Besides, this paper also studied the information sharing model, such as structural modal, intensifying model, network assorting model, and primarily discussed coordination management center in the Joint Managed Inventory.The distribution of joint profit is the key to the stabilities of the strategic cooperative fellowship relationship; The section five of this paper analyzed the factors that affect profit distribution as well as the principles and methods used in the profit distribution; also this paper studied the efficiency of the coordination strategy used in the cooperation among the single manufacturers and single selling agents in the condition of asymmetric information.
