The Dialectical Analysing The Cause And The Countermeasure Of The Statue-Owned Asset' Loss In The Course Of The Of The Reforme Of The State-Owned Enterprise

Reforming and opening up for more than twenty years , the state economy has been developing rapidly. Although the reform of state-owned enterprises has made great achievements, there are still many problems and the state-owned assets lose seriously. The losing amount and speed of the state-owned assets is so terrible that it becomes a big barrier to the development of marketing economy of China and one of the hot spots in and out of China. Therefore, there is no time to lost to solve the problems.The state-owned assets, as the main part of social total assets and national economy in our country, play an important part. With the acceleration of the process in which the state-owned assets are withdrawing from the general competitive fields, even though the space in which the state-owned assets can play their role is shrinking, they are still on the unmovable dominant positions in some vital economic departments. So it is significant to improve the management of the state-owned enterprises, which can not only play the leading role but also strengthen the controllable and influential abilities of the public ownership and perfect the basic economic system in which the public ownership is its main body and different kinds of ownerships can develop together. How to prevent state property from losing and how to safeguard the state-owned property is important during the reform of the state-owned enterprise and of the state property management system.This paper elaborated mainly from the following aspects : first, expounding the significance of studying the loss of state-owned property in restructuring state-owned enterprises , also the loss of state-owned assets of the domestic situation of China's reform of state-owned enterprises and the loss of assets and the reasons for a comprehensive channel references; Second, analyzing the status and reasons for the loss of restructuring state-owned enterprises in China. Finally, proposing the countermeasures against the loss of state-owned assets in the process of China's reform of state-owned enterprises .
