Risk Analysis On The Loss Of State-owned Assets And Research Of Prevention And Control Mechanism

Rencenly,the loss of state owned assets and its supervision are the major issues in the reform of state-owned enterprise.By the end of 2015,The opinions on strengthening and improving the supervision of state-owned assets to prevent the loss of state assets is to express the determination of the state government to prevent the loss of state assets and firm faith.Under the existing system,the overall legal system,supervision system and management system of the state-owned assets are not mature,leaving the loopholes in the loss of state assets.How to carry out the reform of state-owned enterprises in the firm at the same time,to prevent the loss of state-owned assets,is the new problems and new challenges to researchers and practitioners must face.Based on the research background and research significance,this paper puts forward the typical methods of state-owned enterprise reform in our country at present and the main form of the problem of the loss of state assets.Secondly,this paper analyzes the risk of the loss of state-owned assets through the risk quantification matrix.Based on the questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the probability and harm of the loss of state-owned assets,and sums up the harm of various factors of the loss of assets.The paper analyzes the problems and solutions of the loss of state owned assets in the way of enterprise reform.Finally,through the above empirical test and theory,this paper sums up the problems that should be noticed in the reform of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward some preventive measures,supervision measures and corrective measures.
