| The ecotone of the North China is the transfer area between traditional agriculture and livestock husbandry. It is a very unique and important industrial area. It was located in a boundary between ecology and regional economy. In this transfer area, agriculture and livestock husbandry distribute interleaved in the space and layer after layer in the time. Jingbian County located in the ecotone of the North China and it was also located in the transfer area from Loess plateau to Mu Us Desert. The environment of Jingbian County is very vulnerable and now it faces series eco-problems, such as soil erosion, desertification, and natural disasters and so on. Now the most important problem is how to protect and construct the vulnerable eco-environment and at the same time promote the economy of Jingbian County. And it is the important subject that how to develop interactively between economy and eco-environment, also it is a complex and hard mission. The paper is finished by the foundation Great "Gong Guan" Project on Philosophy and Social Science of Education Ministry, No.04JZ00010; And Great Research Project on Humanities and Social Science of Education Ministry, No.05JJD770013.It is studied by the system dynamics in interactive development of ecological and economic system in Jingbian County. Firstly, it summaries some theories and application studies of ecotone and the system dynamics; Secondly, it analyzed the present condition of ecological and economic system in Jingbian County. So the paper introduces the basic condition of Jingbian County. Then the ecological and economic system's model is built by system dynamics' theories and method. It is assisted with some other methods, such as calculate economics, sustainable development. With the appropriative software of Vensim, the model can be built successfully. With the model's simulations, the modes and the suggestions are put forward of ecology and economy in Jingbian County. The whole model is constituted of three relevant sub-models----social sub-model, economic sub-model and ecological sub-model.After the model's simulation and the mode's design of Jingbian County, we get some conclusions as follows:(1) We link the ecology, economy and society together with the system standpoint. And these aspects construct a complex system, which has a lot of factors and the factors are promote and restrict with each other. We study the ecology and economy in every aspect.(2) The paper analyzes the ecological and economical system with the SD method. Through the simulation, we design three projects----the natural model, the economy partial model and the ecology and economy interactive model. At last, we choose the third model as the direction of Jingbian County in the future.(3) The ecology and economy interactive model is realized by regulated the agricultural invest coefficient etc. It is 0.266. In this model, the ecology and economy can get a good result.(4) With the ecology and economy interactive model, we design a mode whichis interactive in ecology and economy. The mode is carried out by plant bushes such as sallow thorns, potatoes and so on which are suitable for the local environment. Then we prolong the industry chain by the enterprises and factories. Such we can get the ecological and economical result at the same time.(5) On the basis of the model and the mode, ecological benefit should be put first. Then the industrial way should be chosen as the development direction in the future. Jingbian County should cooperate with the enterprises of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous and draw lessons from the Wuqi County. The good state can be formed which is interactive in ecology and economy. |
