The Chinese stock market is at an inflextion after it established for more than ten years.It's time for the securities companies to reform.So they must establish genuinely customer-centric notion and supply different services to all customers.How to carry out effective management on the customers in order to realizes sustainable an sound development of the securities companies,becomes a urgent and significant problem .The paper makes mainly a thorough study into the theories on tactics customer relationship management of Chinese securities companies.The paper consists of six chapters.Chapter one is an introduction of the reasearch background of customer relationship management and the frame of the paper.Chapter two is a theoretical summary of the reasearch on customer relationship management.Chapter three established an analytical frame embadying customer value,enterprise value and staff value in order to provide theoretical introductions on the customer relationship management of securities companies.Chapter four introduces the actualites of the customer relationship of Chinese securities companiesChapter five focus thoroughly on the applied tactics of customer relationship management of Chinese securities companies from diverse point view,including customer value management,customer rank management,customer space management and personnel value managemnet.Chapter six puts the securities companies in the enviorment that makes them easier to practice customer relationship management.
