This dissertation focuses on the relationship among individuality, culture value, psychological contract and organizational commitment which are the very important organizational commitment factors. On the basis of the survey of these factors, we analyze the influence source of psychological contract, and the construction of organizational commitment. And then, by analyzing their relationship, we present some effective suggestions for the employee's work behavior management.Based on the retrospection of some study literatures, we select some members working in manufacturing joint venture company as investigation sample. We collect the data of these variables mentioned above paragraph by questionnaire. And we can make the following conclusions by statistically analyzing 401 effective questionnaires:Many items, including personnel-concerned, culture value, individuality influence the employees' psychological contract. Position level, educational background influence trade psychological contract significantly. Working age will influence relation psychological contract. The individuality is significantly positive correlated with psychological contract. The culture worthiness is only correlated with trade psychological contract.The psychological will be different along with the different feeling of the human resource practice. Particularly, career development, communication and organization function is significantly correlated with psychological contract, and task assignment is correlated with trade psychological, but no correlated with relation psychological contract.The psychological contract influence the members' organizational commitment. Psychological contract is significantly with organizational commitment. The trade psychological contract is significantly negative correlated with organizational commitment. The relation psychological contract is significantly positive correlated with organizational commitment.According to the relevant findings of this research, we advise that we should cultivate the staff's organizational commitment based on the psychological contract mechanism from various perspectives.
